What's included in the box?
Every Souvenyr ships with the camera, an 8GB pre-formatted SD card, a USB-C fast charging cable, and a neck strap. The SD card and charger together are about $12 of accessories you'd otherwise buy separately, included free with every order.
How is this different from my phone camera?
Phone cameras chase realism. Souvenyr is fixed-look, warm tones and slight grain on every shot, like an old film camera. The point is photos that feel like the moment instead of identical to every other shot in your camera roll.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship within 24 hours from our warehouse. Worldwide delivery, times vary by location.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 24 hours. US delivery in 5 to 10 business days, international 7 to 14. All orders include tracking from dispatch to delivery.
How do I get the photos onto my phone or laptop?
Pull the included SD card from the side of the camera and slot it into a laptop SD reader or a phone SD adapter. Photos copy over like any other file. No app to install, no account to create, no Wi-Fi sync.
